PixelLicense does not automatically transfer ownership of a game unless a specific agreement clearly states that full rights are being transferred.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
PixelLicense may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Developers
Developers are responsible for ensuring that any game, file, asset, music, code, or content they upload is original, properly licensed, or legally authorized for commercial distribution.
By submitting a game to PixelLicense, developers confirm that they have the legal right to offer licenses or rights related to that game.
PixelLicense may review, approve, reject, remove, or request changes to submitted games at its discretion.
4. Buyers
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the license terms before purchasing a game. Each license may include specific conditions, such as duration, authorized domains, exclusivity, territory, modification rights, distribution rights, commercial rights, support, and other limitations.
A purchase does not grant unlimited rights unless clearly stated in the license agreement.
5. Licenses
Game licenses may be limited by time, domain, territory, usage type, or other conditions. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, copy, modify, sublicense, or transfer a game unless the license specifically allows it.
If a license expires, the buyer must stop using the game unless the license is renewed or replaced by a new agreement.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other supported services. PixelLicense does not store full credit card information.
By making a payment, you agree to the price, license terms, and payment conditions shown at checkout.
7. Platform Fees
PixelLicense may charge commissions, service fees, or transaction fees. These fees may vary depending on the type of sale, license, agreement, or promotion.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use PixelLicense to:
- Upload stolen, infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent ownership of a game.
- Circumvent license restrictions or security systems.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute games without authorization.
- Use the platform for fraud, spam, abuse, or illegal activity.
9. Intellectual Property
Developers retain ownership of their games unless a specific agreement states otherwise.
PixelLicense owns or has rights to its website, branding, design, platform code, text, and other materials used to operate the marketplace.
10. Availability
PixelLicense may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelLicense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
