This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on PixelLicense.
1. Digital Products and Licenses
PixelLicense provides access to digital games, files, licenses, and related digital services. Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.
2. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- The buyer was charged by mistake.
- The purchased game or license was not delivered.
- The game is materially different from its listing description.
- The game cannot be accessed due to a technical issue caused by PixelLicense and the issue cannot be resolved.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The agreement includes a refund guarantee and the refund request is submitted within the guarantee period stated in that specific agreement.
If a license agreement, purchase agreement, or custom deal includes a written refund guarantee, the buyer may request a refund for any reason during the guarantee period specified in that agreement. Once the guarantee period expires, refunds will only be considered under the standard refund conditions described in this policy.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Unless a written refund guarantee applies, refunds are generally not available when:
- The buyer changed their mind after purchase.
- The buyer no longer needs the game.
- The buyer purchased the wrong license after the license terms were clearly displayed.
- The buyer violated the license terms.
- The buyer used, downloaded, embedded, or accessed the game successfully.
- The issue is caused by the buyer’s own website, hosting, browser, or third-party system.
- The buyer expected rights that were not included in the purchased license.
4. License Cancellation
If a refund is approved, the related license may be canceled immediately. The buyer must stop using the game, remove it from any website, platform, or system, and delete any delivered files if applicable.

6. Review Period
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved, unless a written refund guarantee applies and the request is submitted within the valid guarantee period.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a buyer opens a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting PixelLicense, we may suspend the related account, license, or access while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Developer Payments
If a purchase involves a developer payout, refunds may affect the developer’s earnings according to PixelLicense’s payout and commission rules.
